Learning About Money

When I was little I never understood much about money. I couldn't understand why we payed extra money when it was only $3. Now I know all about money! My parents have told me about my college savings, and they have taught me most of what I know! I'm glad that we learned more though because I didn't understand most things and I still don't understand some things but I get most of it! I understand interest a lot better and I get that APR is annual percentage rate. EverFi has taught me many things and by playing their game I learned about a W4 and that you have to fill out a W4 to get a job! Not to mention sales tax which as you read I had no idea about, thank goodness for my mom teaching me that one. The one thing I think is weird is DOW Jones... I don't understand them very well and I don't remember learning anything about them. My parents have taught me a lot about money too, my mom recently sent my brother and I out to get groceries and we came back with a $107 receipt... oops. She also has given me allowances and little jobs to do around the house. I'm glad  we learned about it although I wish it was a little easier.
